September 13, 2017 – September 15, 2017

Dear Vendors and Sponsors:

The Keystone (Pennsylvania) Chapter of the National Emergency Number Association (PA NENA) is excited to be returning to Toftrees Resort and Conference Center for the 2017 Conference.  We are once again holding the conference in September to avoid conflicts with other fall conferences. The resort at Toftrees provides a beautiful location, great room rate, opportunities for outdoor exhibits and indoor space for our classroom sessions and exhibit space.  The resort also offers a wide variety of recreational activities.

Pre-conference training will begin on Wednesday, September 13, 2017.  The main conference will commence on Thursday, September 14, 2017 and conclude on Friday, September 15, 2017. The exhibit hall hours will be scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 14, 2017. However, we invite all vendors and sponsors to participate in as much of the conference, including classes, training and networking opportunities, as your schedule permits.

Vendors wishing to present on Thursday, September 14th, a $500.00 presentation fee is required in addition to the sponsorship fee. Only sponsors may present. Each selected vendor will present for one hour. The fee helps cover the additional cost associate with the renting the facility, A/V equipment, meals, etc.  Due to limited presentation slots, vendor presentations are assigned on a first come, first served basis and sell out quickly every year.

The conference planning committee is developing a comprehensive agenda with dynamic new speakers and very informative workshops for the attendees. Our vendors and sponsors are an important part of this conference, and we hope you will join us. Throughout the week, including the breakfasts, lunches, annual pig roast and 25th anniversary dinner on Thursday you will be provided the opportunity to mingle with the attendees to talk about your products and services, as well as networking and sharing experiences with experts in the industry from Pennsylvania and surrounding states, such as Maryland, New Jersey, West Virginia and Ohio, etc.

We are offering a limited number of vendor opportunities and sponsorships as described in the attachments. Online registration is now available, details are included in the attachments.

We look forward to partnering with you to assist in strengthening 911 capabilities, throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and beyond.  Thank you in advance for your valuable time and thoughtful consideration in supporting the 2017 Keystone (Pennsylvania) Chapter of the National Emergency Number Association Conference.
